Love Astrid’s jewellery is made to order, therefore all order(s) will be dispatch within 3-5 business days from the time you placed your order
Domestic orders (Australia only)
- Standard Parcel Post Shipping takes 3-10 working days.
- Express Post Shipping takes 2-5 business days, with WA taking up to 5 working days.
Authority to leave (ATL) has been set up as default delivery option for Standard Shipping – Your items may be left unattended at the destination address unless specified.
All international order comes with tracking number and you will need signature upon receiving your parcel . This usually takes 10-15 working days, however, due to some country restrictions and customs delays, some parcels may take up to 4 weeks depending on your country.
We advise if you’re buying your jewellery for a particular event, to factor in 3-4 weeks before just to be safe.
We have a flat rate of $15 AUD (approx. $10 USD) for every International order, no matter how many jewellery you order.
Duties & Tax
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
We are not liable for these charges, and they, unfortunately, cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Love Astrid.
Returns & Exchanges
Love Astrid does not offer a refund for change of mind purchase, however, we are happy to provide an exchange if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in the original condition within 14 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom order
- Earrings (for health/ hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the good(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
We’re happy to do an exchange for another jewellery. If the price is higher we will invoice you for the difference, if it's lower we will refund the difference.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
