COVID-19 Update

First of all, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continuous support during this challenging time. This is not an easy time for a small business owner like myself, but your support has kept me going. I am grateful to have amazing supporters like you!

We continue to ship orders from our studio in Melbourne during this time with responsible hygiene practices. However, kindly note that there will be delays in postal delivery for both domestic and especially the international network due to restrictions and border closures (some countries affected more than others)

  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

As you may already know, currently there are delays in delivery due to flight cancellations and governments restrictions because of COVID-19.
Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.
Having said that, I am sure our amazing postal workers are doing their best delivering our mails & parcels. 

‘Signature on Delivery’ has been changed to ‘Authority to Leave’ to eliminate person to person contact.

Sendle delivery drivers will leave a parcel at their discretion in a designated safe place.
