Shipping

Due to a high volume of daily orders, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Kindly note that upgrading to Express shipping does not expedite the processing time for your order.

All orders, both domestic and international, are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Express Shipping $11.95 flat rate
Free Standard Shipping for order over $75 (*only apply for full priced items. Please choose Standard for shipping method)

Authority to leave (ATL) has been set up as a default delivery option, if you choose regular shipping – Your items may be left unattended at the destination address unless specified. 

  • Standard Shipping takes 5-15 business days.
  • Express Post Shipping takes up to 7 business days, with WA taking up to 20 business days.

Our shipping partner, Sendle, does not ship to PO BOXes, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Locker. Please provide a residential or business address as your shipping address. Additional fees may be charged if you choose to send to PO BOX, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Locker. 

We do not offer pick-up or Click & Collect at this stage.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We only do Local Delivery on the weekend.

This delivery method only applies to addresses with postcodes 3070, 3071, 3072, 3073. 
Please select Standard shipping if you live outside these areas or if you need them by certain date. Thank you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Shipping AUD15 (approx. USD13) 
Express Shipping AUD45 (approx. USD30) 

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

The delivery estimation does not include customs clearance.

Some other areas/countries sometimes take a little longer, depending on that particular country's customs service.

Please note that I can not guarantee the delivery time as shipping is out of my control.


SHIPPING DETAILS

It is the obligation of the customer to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

At the time an order is dispatched, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site. Please note that the package will not be traceable for at least 24 hours.

 

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

The buyer will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country to which the order is being shipped.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

We are not liable for these charges, and they can not be reimbursed or refunded by Love Astrid.

We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the value as it is against the law.
Love Astrid makes best efforts to follow all rules, regulations and laws for export compliance.

If you choose to reject the shipment due to additional import costs, we will issue a partial refund once the order is returned to us. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, a 3% restocking fee will apply.
